Colonel (Ret) James Holder Fallin was awarded his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Brescia College, Owensboro, Kentucky. COL (Ret) Fallin served in a progression of U.S. Army Reserve assignments for 32 years. His last duty assignment was Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, 100th Division in Louisville, Kentucky. His military education includes Armor Officer Basic and Advance Courses, Command and General Staff College, U.S. Army War College.
Colonel (Ret) Fallin is currently holding the position of Executive Director for Hancock County Industrial Foundation and was former Hancock County Judge Executive and County Judge. He has been instrumental in developing and implementing several county-wide programs and systems, to include but not limited to ambulance service with 24-hour emergency dispatcher service, highway development programs, Title VII Nutrition Program, Youth summer job programs. In addition, he has been active in rural community organizations to include Green River Area Development councils, testified before U.S. Senate and House committees, active in various area development and improvement councils across the state.
He and his wife Sharon live in Lewisport, Kentucky and are the parents of three grown children.
