This Office manages and coordinates personnel and employee development, fiscal and payroll for all departments, offices, and boards within the Finance and Administration Cabinet, the Governor's Office, the Executive Branch Ethics Commission, and the Lieutenant Governor's Office. It serves as the focal point for cabinet-wide budget preparation, coordination, and analysis. Other responsibilities include providing for management of the cabinet's personal property inventory. It reviews departmental programs, budgets, and expenditure patterns to ensure financial efficiency. Finally, the Office of Management and Budget reviews all internal reorganizations and assists in the development of Executive Orders where appropriate.
