Due to changes in the National Automated Clearing House Assocation (NACHA) Operating Rules, beginning Sept, 18, 2009, payments to foreign vendors must be made with a check until updates can be made in the eMARS system. DO NOT process payments to Foreign Vendors via an EFT as they will be rejected. Incoming revenue will also be affected by this change.
